Mick Delargy
After graduating from the University of Kansas with highest distinction and departmental honors with a BS Business Administration and a BS Accounting, Mick joined KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the world most recognized and prestigious CPA firms. Mick spent five years with the firm and was one of the youngest CPA’s to be promoted to Manager. Mick went on to be selected from a nationwide search to serve as instructor for the firm. In 1992, Mick was recruited by one of his clients and spent the next 10 years in private industry serving in roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his career, Mick specialized in helping companies throughout their heavy lifting growth stages. The companies he served ranged in size from startups to established companies with annual sales of $50 million. In 2001 Mick went out on his own, and in 2003 The Tax Factory was opened. The key to his business's success is the diversity of his professional experience: over 18 years of field proven financial expertise - which he draws on to ensure the best value and highest possible customer satisfaction for his clients. Mick, his wife and their son make their home in
Bangor, Maine. He is an avid skier and mountain biker and is an USUA certified
ultralight pilot.
